Default How I spent my (manual) labor day...

I don't know how some of you guys do a full detail in 4-6 hours. I'm not even done and I'm exhausted. Granted, I did some non-detail projects first.

Car is 2 years old with 25,000 miles. Shamefully, it's been detailed once in that time (professionally) and probably only washed 10 times aside from that. So - needless to say - it looked horrible. And I made the decision to stop it, and start taking better care of it. I'll never be the full detail every week guy that some of you are - but it'll get this treatment a couple of times a year, and washed at least every other week.

So:
wash, dry, clay, wash, dry
SIP
PO106FF
Finishing touch Glaze
FMJ
High Gloss Acrylic Shield

I still need to finish the front half of the car, but the back half is completely done. then I still need to clean the glass and plastic/rubber trim, interior detail, engine detail, and wheel detail.

the front, which isn't done:

Default actually, not washing it for so long probably kept a lot of little scratches off of it...

which isn't so bad, in a way. I bet it looks better than the pics can show.

You're gonna be hurtin for a couple days if you're not used to that much manual labor, it can put you down.
