Default I am hoping someone has a trick to cleaning the black cladding on my Volvo XC90?

After a recent waxing I noticed areas of the cladding where I accidently got wax on it has turned white and will not come off with regular car wash scrubbing.......any tricks?

Thanks in advance.

Default Rubbing alcohol should dissolve the wax residue.

Might need a toothbrush if the black trim has a textured surface.

Oddly enough, rubbing creamy peanut butter on spots will make them disapear.
