is a glaze similar to wax? do you use it in place of wax, or do you use both? would i put on a coat of IHG then Blitz Wax? Or in place of Blitz Wax?

cleaners, polishes, glazes, and waxes. They should be applied in that order also (only where required)
So, if your paint is dirty, IHG followed by blitz will produce better results than just blitz. Also know that you shouldn't leave the paint unprotected so always follow with a "wax" or synthetic protectant, i.e., don't just use IHG.

that cleaners & glazes were the same thing, or that glazes were a type of cleaner.
A polish doesn't have any abrasive properties to it, while the cleaners & glazes do.
though I agree that IHG is closer to a polish than a glaze, I think it still is very slightly abrasive. It seams to get bugs off, where polish won't.
