Default Leather scratch repair

I have dark gray sport seats in my A6. Unfortunately, there are ugly white scratch marks on the edge of the driver's side seat cushion (that hugs the torso) by the door. This was caused by a tape measure attached to my belt and the shiny leather surface has actually been removed.
I've had it repaired once by an on-site person at the dealer, but sure enough the repair has rubbed off.
Is there a permanent repair solution? Is that particular part of the seat replaceable?

not much you can do but take care of it from now by cleaning it and conditioning it, you can always dye that area.

I sent this to an interior specialist he will chime in.

I suppose that it is very difficult to remove it, because it is caused by tape measure. You can go to the supermarket to buy the special cleaning water and you try using it. I am not sure that the scratch will be romoved totally, but I believe it will help you to remove most of the scratch.
