Menzerna Top Inspection vs. Distilled H2O or H2O/IPA mix?

Well... I've got both.
I made a mix of 70/30 IPA/distilled and also bought the Menz.
They are not the same.
I'm not sure how to compare them though.
I like the Menz better. It's almost like it has some other cleaning agent... the IPA seemed to dry slower. It does it's prisim thing and then drys slowly... The Menz seemed to finish cleaner if that's possible.
