Default my CV boot tore again... and left all this black gunk all over the inside of my wheel...

what do you guys suggest to get that stuff off? a normal soap and water doesn't do anything... (ha, of course)

It's grease - try a solvant, brake cleaner spray, etc. 1st wipe excess amount off w/ rag.
