Default New tires on wheels, new balance weights, old gunk from old weights...

How do I get that glue/gunk/stuff from my wheels. With the new tires, I asked them to put the balance weights inside the rim so they do not show, and it would look great if I could get rid off the old gunk left from the stock factory balance weights.

Can you help me?
