Default If you insist...

Go to Pep Boys and pick up 3M Medium Cut Compound. Use a heavy cut pad. Give that a shot and see if it removes the crap on the paint. If it's not enough, try the Heavy Cut. After you're done with either of the above, follow with the Menzerna twins and appropriate pads, and then wax.

Default i hope you arent suggesting he use a cutting pad with a PC.

that is just poor advice. if anything you use a heavier compound on a polishing pad, a cutting pad at that low of a speed will just mar the crap out of the finish. but with that car it just needs to get hit with the rotary. it will same time and a lot of frustration.

Yup, $4.95....lunch at Mickey D's. A pack of cigs, 11/2 g. fuel. The cd will always be there.
