Default One Grand Clean-N-Wax, how is it?

i guess it consolidates waxing and using glaze into one step? is this correct?
is it good or am I better off using seperate products?

I am new to detailing..

Default Hmmm, as much as I like One Grand products I would skip it.

Get some P21S Gloss Enhancing Paintwork Cleanser and some One Grand Blitz wax instead. Both are incredibly easy to work with that I can't imagine the clean-n-wax would be that much easier and your results will be better.

Default Yep, it's a mild polish.

In my experience it doesn't really remove swirls (when used by hand) but it does make the paint look very glossy and adds a lot of depth to it. Easily my favorite detailing product, it's just so easy to use and results are immediately noticable.

Default if it doesnt remove swirls then should I

use something like 3M IHG?
the car is white so I was thinking,

clay,IHG,"gloss enhancing paint cleaner", wax?

is that the correct order?

Default If you're already doing IHG I would skip the GEPC.

Some folks use both but on my car I can't see a difference that makes it worth the extra effort. If the car isn't swirled that badly I'd use the GEPC, if it is and you want to hide the swirls do the IHG.

From what I understand the GEPC is more effective at removing swirls when used with a Porter Cable (or some other random orbital). I'll hopefully find out about that first hand in a week or so.

Default thanks

I think I will maybe try the GEPC since these cars since the car hasn't been glazed before..

Default They really aren't positioning it for use on cars.

The One Grand web site says it's recommended for "RV's, tractor trailers, boats, buses, aircraft, emergency apparatus, farm equipment, fleet shuttle buses, trolley cars etc.." They aren't trying to appeal to the car detailing crowd with this product, so I'll take them at their word on that.
