Hello all.

I have an S4, though this question specifically is about my 20th AE GTI

I had an accident about 8 weeks ago -- rear ended at high speed, and also pushed into the car in front of me.

After checking around, I decided to use my Audi bodyshop. It took them *forever* to finish the car (9 weeks) but I'm very happy with the end product.

The one thing that they told me that I wanted a second opinion on was waxing the car. They told me that I needed to wait at least 90 days before applying a coat of wax.

When I had Jimmy @ Rojo do my RS4 bumper on my S4, he had told me it was fine to wax the car the same weekend I picked it up.

Anyone have any advice for me?

If more details are needed, pls just let me know.

if your shop used regular audi paint and a standard booth and spray process, you should give the paint time to cure...and 90 days is a good target, before you wax...
