Question... Is it bad to use Adams QD as a cleaner before applying FMJ?

are there any silicones, or anything in the Adams QD that would keep the fmj from adhearing properly to the paintwork?

I used it as a cleaner step to get left over polish off of the paint.

there are some silicons in Adam's I would use the Menzerna Top Inspecition

that contains no silicon.
