i wetsanded some touch up paint using some unigrit 1500 and 2000 wetsandpaper but now the paint is dull and hazy.
anyone have any suggestions on how to remove this by hand or should i just wait to get my hands on a rotary buffer?

The products that will bring back the shine on your paint need to break themselves down with heat which will yield the best results. You can make it better by hand in the meanwhile but it wont be perfect.

I was thinking some of the fine cut 3m rubbing compound followed by some medallion premium paint cleaner and then swirl remover
think dual action cleaner polish would be better?
