Why are they carrying it? For pro detailers who also detail boats I suppose.

Default I guess I feel the name of the product is a bit misleading . . . looking
to prep a new boat. Being a Meguiars guy I think I may just stick with them . . .

Misleading, how so? Aren't many fiberglass boats constructed such that the outer layer is gelcoat?
