Soap recommendations for wheels - does it matter? P21S is a little too mild
and those dang bottles are too small - if I fill up two buckets (one for car, one for wheels), the bottle is gone in 2 months.
Any suggestions for a cheaper alternative I could use on the wheels?

Simple Green....
Spray the wheels and tires with it, scrub as needed, rinse THOROUGHLY, then wash the rest of the car. Chamois the car, dry the tires and wheels with a separate chamois, and dress as needed.
