Default Suggestions for painting interior rubberized trim?

I have scratches and marks on the rubberize coating of the driver's side arm rest/door pull. I think the dealer has a detailer that can fix this, but I'd like to do it myself. Are there any spray paints out there that would match the factory Ebony interior?

I would think painting the trim is not your best choice since it will probably wear off very quickly. Why don't you just replace the trim piece?
