Default Is there a way to get older tires to look new again, permanently?

I just got 3 new tires because they were defective. Since I've had the new tires, I've only been using One Grand ERV on them for dressing which works really well and doesn't turn them that brown color you see from other dressings. Unfortunately, the 4th tire has a brownish color to it because I used to use other products on it that turned it brown. So now when I use the ERV, the 4th tire will look new until it rains a little, then that one will turn brown and the others will stay black. Is there any way to premanently remove the brown discoloration on the last tire so that they will look uniform all the time?

I think the ERV will help diminish the browning effect after several applications

Default I've been using it for months now but no change.

I guess I'll have to try something a little stronger to clean that tire and see if that helps. I just have to make sure it foesn't get on my wheels or it may strip the ZoopSeal off.

Tyres:
Rinse thoroughly with a fairly strong stream of clean water to remove any loose road dirt etc., from tyreâ€TMs and wheel wells.
Clean tyres with a rubber cleaner (3M Tire & Wheel Cleaner -39036) or a citrus-based APC (P21S Total Auto Wash)
Use a water-based polymer tyre dressing (Zaino Z-16 Perfect Tire Glossâ,,˘)
Apply a (UVR) protection to the tyres
