Are these the right pads for the PC7424 w/ 6" plate?
http://autogeek.net/curvededge.html
I got the PC7424 6" bundle from coastal tool, but still need pads before I can start using it.
I figured I'd take advantage of the 15% off sale at AutoGeek with free shipping over $75 since I need some pads and assorted other things.
Which ones should I be getting for polishing? I've got GEPC, 3M IHG, and Blitz wax at the moment in my detailing aresenal and I'm confused on which color pads by which manufacturer I should use for what job...
I've tried searching but have gotten conflicting answers. :-)
Should I be trying something else with the PC instead of the 3M and GEPC? I know the 3M is a "hand" glaze, but I bought it prior to getting the PC...
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yup. I have the same pads. (edit)
Bought them a while ago. Don't think the orange pad was available when I purchased them. I have a few yellow, white, and black pads. I use the white pad the most for applying polishes (GEPC, Menzerna FP, etc). I apply paste waxes by hand and have found the black pad useful for applying liquid waxes/sealants. Makes the coverage thin and even.
If your paint has some minor swirls/scratches, you'll probably need a yellow or orange cutting pad and some type of mild abrasive polish. I really like the 1z or Menzerna polishes. Don't know if Autogeek sells them but Meguiar's #9 is pretty good and I've heard that Poorboy's SSR polishes are good too.
(Edit) If you're using an abrasive polish, use a white (polishing) pad first before you use a more aggressive pad.
