Some partial feedback on them. I needed to order a P21S kit. Found it here for $10 less than everywhere else.

Two issues so far:
1. Placed the order on Monday night. Received immediate notification that the order was accepted. Finally received an email indicating the order was shipped on Friday. Checking UPS' website, it appears UPS never received the order to pick it up until Friday. Not sure why there was a delay and why I wasn't notified.

2. I checked a box indicating that they should ship the cheapest way possible (in order to avoid delays). If you ask them to get back to you with a shipping cost, this will delay the order, since it appears to be a manual process. Regardless, the order has shipped, and I still have NO idea what they will be charging me for shipping.

Default That's where I get pads for the PC

They're usually a day behind compared to the other retailers when shipping. I usually get charged ~$7-8 for shipping to VA. Never had any problems with them though.

I have used Irene for yrs. However, I have heard the her shipping is more expensive than others. I received an order from her today, in fact. It took a about a week..she's in AK and I'm in CA. The order was for 1 gal. Hi Temp Wheel cleaner and one MF towel. The shipping was over 10 bucks, which I thought a little high.
Historically, she is very good at replying to emails, she's emailed me numerous times at 1 or 3 in the AM.
Her blue window towels are the cheapest I have found and her One Grand Blitz is cheaper than One Grand and they are 30 min. from my house!
