What kind of thinner should be used with the OEM touch-up paint? I've tried a few and the paint never mixes with the thinner. The paint always ends up in a chunk of thinner bath.

hey I have the same color as you!
I don't use any thinner with touch up paint..but if must I guess you need a lacquer thinner since touch up paint is lacquer. Touch up paint definately smells like nail polish so maybe even nail polish thinner will work.
Ideally you should put a tiny amount of touch up paint in a chip with a toothpick and gradually build up the height of the chip until it goes slightly over the height of the surrounding paint. Then you would sand it down with 2000 grit to get a nice smooth finish, and then you would follow with a rubbing compound.

Fixing paintchips!
