Anywhere in the NY/NJ/CT area offer this?
I figured that it would be a good idea to put a car up on a lift after the winter and get rid of all salt, sand, grime from the underbody and especially in the plastic and metal 'trays' under.
Steam, brushes, and hot water should do the trick.

You should be able to reach most of chassis merely by bending down and aiming the wand (oh go ahead and have fun with that).

Steam ??? Sounds kinda crazy to me. I used cold water (pressure washer) on mine.

save the steam for a facial and deep pore cleaning......cars: water and soap!
