Default Used 3M SMR but didn't see improvement...

I applied it with a foam pad (hand) and did not see improvements in the swirl marks. These swirl marks are not deep, ones that you can see but can't feel.

Any other suggestions? I don't want to use a PC for now and I'm afraid the more abrasive products might create a haze. Thanks.

Default using an SMR by hand

is loads of work, and usually takes several applications to see a difference. If your going to wait on getting the PC, my vote would be for p21s gepc.

Default SMR was originally made to for use with a rotary but a PC will do

You will kill yourself using this product by hand. Go to Lowes and buy a PC for $99 and buy some pads online. Propel pads are cheap and of good quality I hear you might want to search for those.

Default Are the SMR and P21S similar products? I thought the P21S served a function more similar to Z6?

I didn't think it had swirl removing properties.
