Default What do you use to clean glass/plastic that covers the speedo & rpm gauges?

I used a swiffer duster (small one) to clean the area and dash. I then noticed what appeared to be spots (hopefully just water) on the plastic/glass.

What should I use to clean this with? I have Griots interior cleaner and I have Adams window cleaner, and of course I have plenty of MF towels. For some strange reason I still think the MF towels could scratch this surface, from what I remember it is very prone to scratching.

Thanks
