What polish/wax is preferred-Zaino? 3M? Zymol? Meguiars?

I have been using Meguiars forever but I have been checking out the posts and it doesn't seem as popular here. I also want to put a carnuba or really protective coat on for the winter months. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

One Grand Blitz Wax is probably the MOST popular and then I'd put P21S's wax in the same category as Zaino in terms of the number of posters who use it.
I'd probably invest in Zaino if I had the patience to do it, because that stuff does last longer than Caranuba's from what I've seen. But the One Grand Blitz is SOOOOO effortless to use it's hard to spend the cash and waste the time. I could wax/buff my car by hand in 30 minutes (assuming not humid and its hot out so it dries fast)

All are great products! I use the Zaino on my daily driver...since durability is unsurpassed. The paint stays slick after several car washes, whereas most carnaubas are only slick until first wash, then the paint takes on that tacky feel. Gloss is very good too!
The P21S has a shine that seems to mesmerize me. I can't explain it, but I think I like the shine better than Zaino (every so slightly). Now that my S4 is a garage queen, I'm thinking of switching over to P21S exclusively. Durability isn't as much of an issue.
The Blitz is just plain good quality wax. I don't think the results with Blitz are better than the P21S, but others here disagree, and find that the Blitz is slightly better than the P21S.
If you use a carnauba wax (P21S or Blitz), use P21S Gloss Enhancing Paintwork Cleanser just before the wax. It will produce amazing results. You only need to use the GEPC a few times a year, whereas, I would recommended waxing monthly.

I can't explain in technical terms how they are different, but I can describe how the results with each are different.
The 3M IHG will fill swirl marks, however, that filler will eventually fade after a short period of time and the swirls will return. The 3M also leaves behind oils that give the paint a "bright", "wet" look. That look will also fade within a few car washes.
The P21S doesn't leave behind fillers, but something it does seems to minimize the appearance of swirls. It also gives the paint a three dimensional appearance, so when it's used in combination with the P21S wax, yields outstanding results. How it does this, I do not know. For the very best results, I would use the GEPC + P21S wax once a month, but some here, may feel that is overkill.
Both the 3M IHG and P21S GEPC do a nice job of "cleaning" the paint. That means removing that dirty film that accumulates on the paint over time (giving the paint a dingy appearance).
If I were to use all three, I would use the 3M IHG first, followed by the P21S GEPC, followed by the P21S Wax.
Does that help a little? Sorry I can't be more detailed than that.
