Default What should I use to apply leather cleaner?

I'm about purchase the Griot's interior cleaner, but it doesn't say anywhere what I need in order to apply it. Should I order some cotton cloths as well?

Thanks!

I use a Kiwi horsehair brush to clean my leather. Available anywhere shoe polish is sold.

I use Lexol sponge applicators and a microfiber towel to buff.

Default Order the blue sponges from Griot's at the same time.

They come in a two pack. Don't use cotton cloths. They will "pill" and leave fibers on the leather. You want to use a microfiber cloth to buff the leather after it dries. The Griot's leather conditioner is a nice product.

Default I think it's the Griot's Interior cleaner...

but it's supposed to work well on leather. Unfortunately I already ordered their cotton cloths to buff the seats - should I not use them? Also, can you buy micro fiber cloths at normal auto stores?

Thanks!

Most of us go to www.microfibertech.com. I think the chains have "poor" microfiber ?? Not sure.

Default Just ordered the Elite towels, thanks

I guess I'll just save the cotton cloths from Griot's for a future wax job. These microfiber towels sound great!

I can use them to dry the car after a wash too, right?

Thanks!

Yes, I do sometimes, use cotton too. Lots of people like the big waffle towel or something like that

Default i use my hands... considering if i don't want to touch it, i shouldn't be putting it on my seats. :)

plus you can get it in all the creases and folds of the leather and work it into the leather good.
