one of the reasons i put that up there is that my audi service guy has been very difficult.
my right rear all weather floormat was missing the top part of the clip that holds down the mat. so, when i took my car in the last time, i brought the csr(who was actually a manager) the bottom piece, and asked him to order 2 of the top pieces. he took it from me.
monday, when i picked up a part from the dealership, i noticed that one of the bottom clips(one that i gave to the csr) was missing. so that night i call up and leave a message with the csr and naturally i expect a call back on tuesday. i think to myself, maybe it rolled around on the floor or i took it into the apartment. monday night i look around and can't find it, so i call up on tuesday. receptionist says that the csr said he put it in my car. i said ok, ill look again in the light over lunch. well it wasn't there when i looked over lunch. so, i call up tuesday night and talk to him. he said that it was put on my center console. well you and i both know that i would notice something on my center console.
so i dug around some more last night and didn't find anything. i call him up this morning and i say to him that it isn't in the car. he gives me attitude like i'm bothering him, and starts explaining to me what the part looks like. i say to him, i know what it looks like, as i GAVE it to him. so then he says, 'do you want me to have parts order one?'. I said yes of course, and left it at that.
But honestly, what the hell is with customer service? Is it really that much of a bother that I called him and asked him a simple question?
I get so fired up over small stuff like this.
