I've used Rain X on my wind-shield for a couple of months now, not having used anything before. Amazing! The effectiveness almost renders the blades optional at highway speed. I'm likin' it. Of course, using anything other than motor oil will be an improvement from nothing at all. However, I'm always looking to increase my car's potential. So, is there product better than Rain X?
TIA
P.S. Conditions are going to go "North" here pretty soon - what works well for frigid Manitoba winters?

It's pretty easy to apply and lasts longer than an application of Rain-X. It's pretty expensive and harder to find. I've seen them on ebay though.

http://www.ppg.com/gls_aquapel/main.htm</a
