What's that touch up paint that covers chips very well?

I forget the name of it, but they claimed not to give that round ball appearance when dabbing paint chips.

Langka is used to smooth out the blob.

I think that's what he's asking about, even though he asked about "that touch up paint that covers chips".

just thin down your touch up paint and apply with tooth pick end...
