your claybars from? I saw a meguires package at NAPA, it came with wax, a spray and the bar for $18. But I'm just looking for straight up claybar, no need for the extra wax and crap. so where do you get your stuff from?
oh yeah, this is what I'm planing on doing this weekend.
1.wash with dawn
2.claybar
2.meguiar's #7
3.meguiar's #26
how many layers of #7 should I put down? and do I have to wait a certain amount of time between coats of #7?
thanks.

I started out with his clay and speed shine and, well, I just keep using it because I'm happy with the results.
I know that Mother's is available at the Boys of Pep and suchlike.

Mother's makes such a package (3 bars in a container), but it seems like not many stores carry it. Of course if you don't want to use Mother's brand claybar that's irrelevant anyway. I use Clay Magic these days, and buy it online. Someone once posted a price for a Clay Magic kit that really did reflect no additional charge for the spray, so that would be a hit if you could find it.
