Default Winter Paint Discoloration...

I'm in Toronto and we get a ton of snow, slush, sand and salt on our roads. I wash my car about every 10 days or so to get rid of all the crap that is caked on but this time I noticed lots of little discolorations. They are little orange/rust colored spots and are everywhere... Can't be rust because its even on the plastic trim, appears to maybe be road tar stains or something.

What should I use to get this crap off my car???

Also whats the best thing to use to clean my OEM swings... they have a little discoloration also in the corners were the grit accumulates during the week from daily driving.

TIA

Dre
