between the various waxes? I can't.
I can tell when I IHG the car, but the various waxes all seem the same (in terms of shine).
I do like the 3M Show Car paste wax. Easy to apply and remove. Shines just as good as anything else I have tried. But bests the others in durability. It keeps the water beading a long long time.

P21S (or sometimes Blitz) wax. The shine was noticeably better, but more importantly, the swirls and scratches disappeared (probably not really gone, just considerably less noticeable).

I've been using Malco, 3M, sonax and other products as well as meguiar's cleaner wax, and Biltz. Malco gives off the BEST shine. This wax is made for silver. The con is that it contains some silicone content. In a worst-case scenario, if you ever try to repaint the car without sanding/proper-prep, the new coat will "fish-eye" and not stick properly. Other than that, Malco is phenomenal! Blitz doesn't shine as well although malco and blitz last for about the same amount of time. Sonax polish and wax combo is excellent for a quick touch-up wax for an auto show or meeting (don't use it frequently as it does carry some polishing abrasives).

based upon my experience with two silver audi's
spit on a microfiber gives just as good of a shine as does blitz, etc.
it is possible that several layers of wax may significantly improve your shine. haven't had enough time to try that though.
