Default My favorites also. You can get them from RaceShopper.com

Can you swap beetween DS2500 and DS3000 on the same rotor without ANY issues?

Default I've done it several times both directions without any problems.

I assume you're wondering whether any uneven braking or pulsation occurs when the pad material that's been transferred to the rotor switches back to the other compound.

I've also never noticed anything unusual when switching back and forth between Pagid and Ferodo pads. In the front I've switched from the Pagid RS4-2-1 Black, RS4-2 Blue, or Ferodo DS2500 street pads to the Pagid RS14 Black or Ferodo DS3000 track pad. In the rear I've switched back and forth many times between the Pagid RS4-2, the RS4-4 Orange, or the Ferodo DS2500 "street" pads and the Ferodo DS3000.

Default Thank you. That is exactly what I was looking for.

Going between Hawk HPS and Performance Friction 01 was scary. I thought my wheels are going to fall off. Now that I have the DS2500 for street, I will use DS3000 for track. But also good to know that Pagids worked for you as well.

BTW, I am painting my rotors before I go to DS3000s. I may as well know what temps I am rynning, and if the DS3000 is justified or neeed.

Default Question on the PF pads ...

I've heard good things about the PF 01 and the even higher friction PF 03. Is the PF 01 available for our rear calipers? If not, what are you running back there? I'd also like to try the very high friction Ferodo DS3000+, but they don't offer this for the rear, and I'd end up with too much front brake bias.

BTW: I know what you mean when you describe braking vibrations so heavy that you think a front wheel is going to fall off. The first year with the S8, I tried to use the Pagid RS4-2 Blue on track. 2/3's of the pad evaporated in one 30 minute, leaving molten metal pad deposits on the rotor. Until the deposits you can see at ~7:00 wore off, I thought the fillings would vibrate out of my teeth every time I braked.
