Recommendation on brake pads and rotors

I have a stock '93 S4 and it's time to change out pads and rotors for street use only. In the past, I have used Mintex Red Box pads and either Zimmerman or Brembo rotors. I've read in some threads that Mintex Red Box may not be the best choice out there today. I am looking for a combination that is quiet, stops well, and has a minimum of dust. What are your recommendations?

Warning-- i strongly disagree. Yes, HPS ha low dust, and decent bite. But they achieve this via some fairly strange chemistry. If all goes well, they work OK. If all does not go well, and anything causes the bedding to be inconsistent, or if you use old rotors, they can cause incredible vibration that will feel like warped rotors, but is not.
I wont go into all the details, but i am warning you that HPS are a very tricky pad.
Not to mention that they had no better bite/grab than OEM on my S6. Maybe less.
For most Audis the OEM pads, while dusty, work very well. Others to consider are posi-quiet metallics, or, if you must have low dust, some ceramics.
"stopping power" to me is fairly unimportant since you can simply press the pedal harder. The limiting factor in any brake system is heat, not friction. "stopping power" is just an illusion.

Mintex are a budget pad. Work "fine". Ceramics provide low dust, but also low temp. True OEM is quite good really - Jurid, Pagid Brembo and Textar are all OEMs.
If you can get them, Stoptech 309 pads are quiet on the street, OK dust, and have a (get this) 1200+ deg MOT - sufficient for most track use.
When cold you need to give them a proper stab though, which i think improves modulation.
