Default rotors

so im pickin up some wendys and i hear the squeek from the rear tires... rotors
im also getting a pulsating on the brake and wheel from the front rotors. i just had the things replaced little under 6 months ago if not sooner the guy tells me i need all new pads and rotors. if thats true then so be it, but if i were to just flip the rotors and would this solve the problem?
