"3M" clearbra. Who has it? Hood and fenders only or with front bumper?

Have it on my '06 S4...
I think it's great. Bought the car used and now I have >50kms and not a single chip on the hood, it looks like new. The downside is that the bra is starting to flake off around the grill, you have to come up close to see it but it's there.
It's been applied to the bumber, hood, headlamp washers, mirrors, below all door handles (Key and nail scratches), rear wheel well and other nooks and cranies.
Don't know how much it all cost.

We had the entire hood, front fenders, sills, and rear bumper done on the RS4 Cab.
Using it for skiing, so it makes sense. Blends just fine on Daytona.
However, we have had two attempts on the Ferrari, and it just ends up looking terrible on the non-metallic Rosso Barchetta red. Given the expense, I am just going to take off the latest attempt, and deal with a periodic respray of the front as needed. The cost isn't all that different either way.

I have one...
...and wouldn't live without it. Honestly, most of the films people see are of poor quality or are incorrectly installed, so people think they look crummy. A bunch of guys on here have seen mine and it's 100% clear, the only thing you see is the line, and only up close.
You can come check it out any time if you like.
Of course it's all relative. Stone chips drive me nuts, and modern paint chips like crazy even when you drive carefully...so.

Had one, and it kept the front end minty fresh for over 100k. It started to look crappy, so I
removed it, and in short order, the front end looks like it saw a roadside bomb. And that's just over the last two summers.
I'm planning on repainting the entire front end (Ã* la Carmine) soon and I'll likely re-apply one.
I hate stone chips. I hate rusty stone chips. I hate the clear bra line. But I guess the grass is always greener...

Yep - bumper, front of hood, headlights, foglights, mirrors. Cost ~$300 nine yrs ago.
On a black car it was not a hard decision. I have a sizeable dent in my hood from a rock I took right off the tape, it did not even break it.
I took the headlight protection as it yellowed and got murky over the years, but otherwise I'm happy with it. I stopped noticing the line a loooong time ago, guess you can get used to anything.
