Default To Algonquin and back...

... on a tank of gas, 611 km driven with an estimated 160km to go, or 30 mpg

I think my car really loves the long road trip and wants to keep going, as this is the second time I fill up the gas tank after the trip that it throws a hissy fit (CEL), same premium gas at the Shell station I go to.

Default Could be better if...

.. there wasn't the usual stop-and-go traffic on the highways and this not in the trunk.

Highway 60 has always been fun to drive.

Default On my trip down to Myrtle Beach and back last week we average close to 36 mpg...

With our Passat wagon loaded with five people and the back end full and this with an over all average of 72 mph according to the GPS.

In some places we were cruising 85 mph (GPS) on the cruise control. It cost us about $350 in gas there and back. That's darn good!

Default Yeah the 2.0T's fuel econ. really shows on the hwy - got similar results to Montreal this weekend

520 to the tank and estimated 260 to go.

At that point however I got a little impatient with the traffic, and I hadn't WOT'd in a while, so I didn't get to set a new personal record like I had hoped.
