Saw some slick Audi/VW's around the campground. Wondering if any of you are around, and how'd the race go for you?

I did not race, had to take care of timing. Experienced a lot of problems related to network, router went belly up. How was you race, did you you enjoy? What team did you race with?

Raced with 'Bikesports - Team Snow'. We were up near the front the whole race, had a technical, rider blew apart his chain on the last lap, had to run back and send someone else out. He had just finished his lap, but busted another one out and got back at 12:02, so close to getting another one in. But we were 5th in the Corporate, out of 97 that is pretty good.

Was a close race, well run event and loved the course this year. Looking forward to it again next year, we've been so close the podium twice now, want to be up there next year.

Yep, looks like your team were very close to win the category or at least take a second place. The team which won has 26 laps with finish time 12:25:47. Oh well, there is always next year.
Are you aware that Chico is planning to run another 8 hours race this fall? I don't know the details yet but soon he will put some info on the web site. Are you going to participate?

Would of been much closer had we not had the technical. We were pretty happy though, and we'll definately be back next year.

We will be there for the 8 hour. The event is actually a fundraiser for Luke Anderson, who I know pretty well. He was on our team the first year we raced, three years ago and is a good friend of my brothers. We rode the 24 hour for him, and raised a lot of money on his behalf, such a loss when he had his accident last year. All the details are actually in the Chico magazine, don't have one close by.
