Anyone been to this track in Shannonville?

First of all, how is it?

Secondly, what's the best way to get there if flying in from out West? Fly to Toronto and drive (looks like 3 hours) or fly to Kingston and drive (an hour) but there's stopover in Toronto. I'm leaning towards Kingston...

Been there many times. It's a flat track, and other than turn one your not going to hit a wall.

It's predominantly a second and third gear track, other than the back straight which you'll hit fourth gear for a short period of time. All this depends on the track configuration. From Toronto it's approx. a 2 hour drive depending on the time of day you leave and your propensity to exceed the speed limit. IMO It's less of a trek to fly to Kingston.

It's a flat track - and there are better around here - but if necessary fly to Kingston

Shannonville is an hour from Kingston.

Join the Audi Club (USA) and drive Watkins Glen, Mid-Ohio or Mt. Tremblant - all within a days drive from the GTA ..

Flat, safe and a real point and squirt beginners track if you are inclined.
