Guide pin connector 35Nm
Caliper carrier bolts 75Nm
Both should be replaced whenever servicing.
Actually, for every A4/S4/RS4 rear caliper in Bentley, the torque specs are the same, 35Nm for guide pins, 75Nm for caliper carriers.
I'd recommend a healthy bit of anti-seize on the caliper carrier bolts, I had to drill my last set out after two years on the car

I can get old rotors off with the bracket still in place, but getting the new ones on is virtually impossible without damaging them. B6 A4 though, different rear brake system.
