Default Anyone have two at faults within 6 years?
Do you regret claiming the second one?

In a situation right now - $6k out of pocket or just claim it.

Monnex says they will "forgive" this accident but I know they never forget. A third at fault and I'm toast I think.

I believe insurance co. can only go back 5 years! You may be alright.

I believe insurance goes back 3 years on tickets and 6 on accidents. When was your first accident?

Default May 2002 - weird though, when you get a quote from another company
they ask about the last 10 years, can they legally find out?

Ryan is correct, 3 years on tickets, 6 years on accidents. (never heard of 10?)
