idea what height to have them set it at. I don't want to screw up the suspension geometry and slam the car.

and you should be ok. This is recommended by Stasis. Check their website for alignment specs.

I can tell you that I currently have them at 25.5" all around. If I'm not mistaken these are at their highest setting now.
I've had them as low as 24.75" a;ll around and that caused a lot of tire wear on the insides of my front tires - with my current setting, all seems to be fine.
