Do you know if these the exact same as the ones sold by powerbulbs.com?

so these are the euro ones.
I know the US version has a blue tint to the bulb which is said to hinder light output. The euro version doesn't have this tint. Can you get the euro version of Philips Vision Plus there in QC?
