Audi Customer Service survery
for those that have purchased new audi's and completed the online surveys they send out .... what kinda response did you get back if any at all on your experience? I have almost all positive things and some issues .... wondering who actually reviews the customer service surveys, thanks!

AOA/AOC looks at the data and the dealers are aware of the data
afretes or jheacock could probably tell you more about it, but I know the dealers do hear about any "less than perfect" survey.

Re: Not only I hear about it, my income depends on it...
afretes .... my salesman was great .... I should have included you afretes in my survey .... you answered so many of my questions in the 4 months as well

yup gave my saleman all above 10's and above averages, wrote alot of comments of how he really went above and beyond dealing with me
