So, I can't get my mp3 player to work w/ aux input. I'm using a standard 3.5mm adapter like the manual says (Concert II+ deck & 08 A3) - and the adapter works in the MK3 Jetta and the 'Stang ...

Is there something that needs to be enabled? Possible suckage of my radio? What's the story?
