if, however it has slowly developed or happened after recent tire work it is likely tread roar. If the alignment is suspect get that checked and corrected. If the tires are worn unusually try moving them around the car to see if the sound changes.
Finally, some models of tire, particularly economically priced ones, develop humming or other noises as the tread wears down. If so, make a note not to buy those for that car again. Worst ones I ever bought with this problem were Pirelli P 7000 Performance tires. Once the industry leading tire they were way too noisy compared to newer designs in the same category.

I know these are loud tires to begin with, but this isn't a normal "loud tire noise".
Wear pattern seems normal and even. But since this is a recent development, a wear pattern might not be evident yet.
