I'm getting antsie about this whole coil pack deal.I would like to think it will be sorted out by the time my Avant gets its ignition coils.(should be sometime soon, production starts week 49)
Anyone in Canada with this coil pack failure?

have had coilpack failures. Mike had 2 on his '01.5 1.8t and Ray had 1 a few days ago on his '02 1.8t. I think the '03s should be ok, I wouldn't worry about it.

There's only been one documented case on this forum of an 03 A4 3.0 with a failed coil pack.
If it happens it happens. I'm a little worried about it too but the deed is done and the car is ordered and, unfortunately, nothing I can really do about it now.
There has been quite a rash of them as of late though.
Fingers crossed....
