Default I doubt it.

Unless they can claim that you are forgetful/irresponsible, lol

They only care about things that could potentially end up costing them -- I don't see how your insurance could be made to pay if you forgot your paperwork at home.

Default Those types of tickets are usually thrown out at a first attendance meeting with a prosecutor...

Just bring proof that you were insured at the time the ticket was issued.

Default I supose 1 could argue that if you are forgetful...

The possibility exists that you forget your office keys at home and would be forced to use your car to ram the office front door to get in. Probably to retrieve you divorce papers you forgot of the wife you did not remember you had the night before... But that might be a stretch...

Who knows what insurance companies come up with in order to justify their evaluation of risk.

Default it is though of as MAJOR violations by INS companies!!!

you got to get it thrown out, make sure there it is removed from your record!!!

you did not get ticket for forgeting INS card, you got ticket for Driving with NO INS.

YES, it is a minor ticket. I totally regret not fighting mine. Get rid of it.

I think most ins co.'s rate as a minor HTA violation. Like any other ticket. It is very fightable.
