Default The Drive Home

I just had one of the best times in a while - the drive home from work tonight! I live north of the city and had to take various routes in and around. I wish the drive was actually longer!!! That commercial about the Quattros pulling away from the start of a race - I had the same feeling in this weather! Lane change - no probs!! Bends in the roads - a walk in the park!! Hardly any traffic and open roads!! Once in a while this is so much fun!! Oh well home safe car parked and safe inside!

Default Went out for a drive for the heck of it

Didn't do anything stupid or what on the streets (now that would be irresponsible right?) but still love the quick takeoff when the lights go green.

Yah that quattro commercial is great, I think it's the one where Randy takes off with half of the car on grass and the other half on pavement at Mosport. Too bad he gets into turn two badly on the outside and ends up on the grass and it was game over and hits the wall.

Couple of things about the majority of the drivers in Toronto in the winter: 1) drive in your own lane instead of driving on both lanes, 2) don't assume the light is going to turn green right and later end blowing through the red light, 3) learn what that yield sign is when you're getting off the 401 and going north on Yonge. Tomorrow drive to work should be interesting. (Sorry had to rant.)

So who's the guy with the dark coloured UrS4/S6 that ran into a tree on Doris Avenue near Yonge/Sheppard.....
