I expect with the 30 over, they wouldn't have enough people to catch all the speeders, and would be overwhelmed with processing motorists.

Is that for real? It hasn't been in the news out west. In Alberta I'd say that 30kmh is that unwritten line where tickets start. I don't recall ever going on the highway without being 50 over at some point.
