Default Hey guys..........</gulp>

How do I start this off....

Due to a recent medical condition (<a href="http://www.aafp.org/afp/20001101/2067.html">Brachial Neuritis</a> ) I've lost the use of my right deltoid &amp; supraspinatus muscles, causing subsequent muscle mass loss in those 2 &amp; surrounding shoulder, back &amp; chest muscles. Hence why I haven't been here for the last 6 weeks.

Basically, any movement where my arm needs to move that has the elbow leave my side I can't do.

It came on suddenly @ 3am Mar 1st, &amp; by dinner time Mar 2nd I'd lost use of the arm. The avg time frame for this condition is loss of use after 1 week, so you can see how much more severe my situation is.
The pain (a 9+ on the 10 scale, apperantely making child birth pain nothing in relation to this) usually last only 2-3 weeks, mine went on for 5.5 weeks. Demerol &amp; Tylenol 3's had no effect, so I was on pure Codeine.

Time frame for recovery is hopefully 2 yrs. 80% of folks get use back after 2 yrs, 90% after 3 yrs. But that still leaves 10% w/o any use @ all after 3+ yrs. Even though I seem to have a more severe case of this rare disease, I'm hoping motivation will push me ahead sooner.

I'm currentely looking to get a '95 or '98 A6q avant.
The other candidate is a '98 Volvo V70 R wagon.
Both auto &amp; AWD, plus I need the room for family gear/kids.
So if you know of either for sale, send ads my way. Closer to PacNW the better.

Default Sadly no rehab/treatment available : - (

There's 0 electrical impulses passing through the muscles, so I can't even do physio or anything. But hopefully in 6-9 months that can start.
