How come Audi doesn't have any involvements with the F1?

That's good in my opinion
Bernie wants VW/Audi in F1 as he wants to bring F1 to China I believe and he knows damn well that VW/Audi has a huge marketshare there and that can help him in getting F1 there.
Frankly I'd care less if VW/Audi was in F1. Leave it for Ferrari to dominate the field while Mercedes and BMW to catch though it is good to see BAR and Renault much improved this year. I rather see Audi remain in the Speed GT series, Lemans, DTM, etc. ... much more exciting in my opinion.
